Tire/Automotive Manufacturing Industry
Tire/Automotive Manufacturing Industry
Key Pain Points
1. When transporting tires/automotive parts, the production line is exposed to oil and high temperatures, causing the chain plates to swell and deform easily;
2. When transporting heavy parts, the chain plates have insufficient load-bearing capacity and are prone to slipping;
3. The workshop is dusty, and dust can easily enter the gaps between the chain plate joints, causing jamming.

Customized Solutions
1. Oil and Heat Resistant Customization: Utilizing oil and heat resistant modified nylon/PP material, customized oil-resistant versions (resistant to engine oil, hydraulic oil, etc.) and heat-resistant versions (temperature resistance ≤150℃) are available to suit oily workshops and high-temperature operating conditions, preventing chain plate swelling and deformation.
2. Load-Bearing and Anti-Slip Customization: ① Reinforcing ribs are added to the bottom of the chain plate to improve overall load-bearing capacity, suitable for heavy-duty tire/parts conveying; ② Large anti-slip bumps are designed on the surface to increase friction and prevent materials from slipping and falling.
3. Sealing Customization: Seamless splicing + sealing strip design reduces dust entering the chain plate, avoids operational jamming, and reduces maintenance frequency.
4. Scratch-Resistant Customization: The chain plate surface is hardened to prevent scratches and damage from tire metal parts.
