Perforated slat chain is a kind of modular plastic slat chain with pre‑punched holes on each plate.Different from solid slat chain,the perforated design allows water and air to pass through the chain surface.

Key basic knowledge

Opening rate:It refers to the percentage of hole area against total plate area.Higher opening rate brings better dewatering and ventilation,but reduces overall structural strength.For heavy‑weight products,do not blindly pursue large opening rate.

Common material choice

-PP:good hydrolysis resistance,fit for long‑time wet working conditions

-POM:good wear‑resistance,suitable for dry or less‑wet high‑speed conveying

One important point to note:the holes are mainly for drainage and air circulation,not anti‑slip function.It cannot prevent goods from sliding on inclined conveyor lines.
