Corrugated Cardboard Industry Core Pain Points
Corrugated Cardboard Industry Core Pain Points:
1. Insufficient load-bearing capacity of the conveyor chain during corrugated cardboard conveying, leading to easy deformation and breakage;
2. Rapid surface wear of the conveyor chain under high-frequency conveying, resulting in a short service life;
3. Prone to deviation during cardboard conveying, causing production line downtime and material loss;
4. Low fit between the conveyor chain and sprockets, resulting in high operating noise and jamming.

Customized Solutions
1. Material and Thickness Customization: Utilizing high-toughness, high-rigidity modified plastics, we customize thicker chain plates (thickness adjustable to 5-10mm) to enhance static and dynamic load capacity, suitable for heavy-duty cardboard conveying;
2. Wear Resistance Customization: The chain plate surface is enhanced with tungsten carbide wear-resistant texture/anti-slip frosted layer, improving wear resistance and extending service life to 2-3 times that of the standard model;
3. Anti-deviation Customization: ① Precisely designed pitch and tooth profile perfectly match the customer’s existing sprockets, reducing operational jamming; ② Anti-deviation guards are added to both sides of the chain plate, with the guard height customized according to the cardboard width to prevent material deviation;
4. Noise Reduction Customization: Adopting a silent pitch structure reduces collision and friction between the chain plate and sprocket, lowering operating noise.
