A: We are a manufacturer, factory is located in Shanghai of China.

Q: What are your strengths?

Q: Can I customize the product?
A: Yes, you are welcome to send us the customized demands or samples, we will design and calculate the price for you as soon as possible.
Q: What is the material and temperature range of the mesh belt?
A: We have POM material for -5°C to 85°C, PP material for 0°C to 105°C, PE material for -45°C to 65°C, PA material for -30°C to 150°C.
Q: How to calculate the total belt length?
A: For a standard catenary conveyor, it would be: (2 * shaft center distance + sprocket circumference) + 5% for the catenaries.
Q: How can I measure belt pitch?
A: The pitch is the distance from the center of one rod to the center of the next. For accuracy reasons, Caiyang recommends measuring pitch by taking a measurement over at least 20 rows and dividing by the number of rows.
Q: What industries can you serve?

Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Normally, it takes 7-15 working days to ship. We design moulds and manufacture products by ourselves, so can control everything about the production schedule and quality, make a fast delivery.

Q: How to deal with the problems in the process of using the product?
A: Within 1 year from the date of leaving our factory, if the parts are faulty or damaged due to quality problem, our company will provide the replacement parts for free.
